Below is our Policies for Returns, Warranty, Privacy (data) and payments

Returns

Item Returns.  Unopened items can be returned with at 20% restocking fee.  Exceptions: incorrect item was sent, item was damaged in transit (with proof), warranty request.  Installed Items can not be returned.  Apollo Mobile Power may offer, at their sole discretion, credits for items that could be re-sold.  Custom work can not be refunded after it is started.  Apollo Mobile Power will offer a refund of any labor for custom work that has not been completed.  Apollo Mobile Power will attempt to refund any unused funds for materials, if the materials are returnable/not purchased yet.  Example:  An enclosure; if we have 2 days of labor charged for an enclosure, but we have bought the steel and put a half day of labor in, we can refund you 1.5 days of labor; but the steel is not returnable because the suppliers do not accept returns of steel/raw materials.  

Warranty

Apollo Mobile Power is an authorized retailer for many companies.  All warranty returns must be authorized before return.  We follow all the manufacturer's warranty for the items we sell.  Warranties are covered through the manufacturers policies.  For more information contact your sales representative for specific warranty information.  Apollo Mobile Power will issue all projects with a Statement of Work if they are eligible for a warranty with Apollo Mobile Power.  Each custom project has different factors and therefore the warranty is specific to the custom product.

Payment

Apollo Mobile Power uses a 3rd party payment processor for credit/debit/ACH payments.  All payments for materials and custom work is due UPFRONT prior to beginning.  Installation labor is due upon completion and time of acceptance of the installation.  $2,000 is the credit card limit for purchases; this is in response to fraud again us by individuals.  We will charge a credit card processing fee equal to the fee our processor charges as the time of the payment (usually 3%).  Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check, Check, ACH (E-Check), Cash are all accepted without a fee.  Items will not be shipped until payment clears.  Wire Transfers happen same day or morning of next day.  ACH usually takes 5 business days (for the 1st one, subsequent happen faster).  Checks usually take 7-10 business days.  Cashier Checks usually clear in 4-5 business days.  Cash is instantaneous.  Furthermore, upon installation and acceptance by the customer, a check, ach, cash OR credit/debit card can be accepted on-the-spot.  Should you not pay for labor, items will be re-possessed that equal the installation cost with any excess balance provided back to the client. 

PRIVACY

Apollo Mobile Power does not sell or disclose your information.  However, Wix.com is the host for this website; please see wix.com for their privacy and data use policy.  Your personal information is not collected or stored by us off of www.wix.com 's servers.  Should you become a client, the information that you chose to provide is for only our transaction.  We utilize www.helcim.com as our payment, invoicing and card processor.  Please see www.helcim.com for their privacy policy.  On that website we enter your name, address, email and phone number as a customer on our client.  We do not share this with anyone else, other than it being hosted by www.helcim.com  The purpose of this information is to send you an involve and conduct e-commerce for just our transaction.
