These Labor rates apply to non-warranty work. Any alteration (discount) to these prices will be done in writing prior to acceptance of labor.

Base Labor Rate - $140.00 / hour

Estimates and designs

Due to abuse of our previously free estimate and designs policy; Apollo Mobile Power implements the following policy.

Apollo Mobile Power will provide a FREE, quick, non-binding, verbal estimate for projects. This verbal estimate is only a highly generalized figure for the benefit of the consumer to understand the general scope of the project. Anything beyond this, the following applies

1) Apollo Mobile Power will provide free estimates for small projects under $5,000 -these will be done in an invoice format and not include wiring diagrams or technical drawings

2) Wiring diagrams / Technical drawings /CAD will be billed at base labor rate

3) Projects with a value above $5,000 will be billed 1 labor hour PLUS an additional labor hour for every $10,000 block. (example a $30,000 project would be 3 labor hours - while a $7500 would be 1 labor hour)

Calls for Service / Technical Advising(non-warranty)

1) Telephone / Video Calls - are done at $140.00 / hour with NO partial hours. Apollo Mobile Power will inform via voice that 2 minutes remain before the next hour bill takes effect.

2) Email - will be charged at base rate of $50.00 per email responded to (not number of responses). Example: and email is recieved and Apollo Mobile Power writes 2 emails to respond it is only $50.00. However if Apollo Mobile Power responds, then a follow up email client email is sent and Apollo Mobile Power responds with technical advising it is another $50.00 charge.

3) Text Message - Apollo Mobile does not accept text message advising. Text messages will be ignored. This is to protect the customer from excessive charges done by an employee.

4) Travel, in person - Apollo Mobile Power will charge $.70 / mile round trip per vehicle that travels PLUS a minimum daily rate of $1250 per employee for in-person work.

These rates can be modified in writing prior to the acceptance of any work.

Apollo Mobile Power will only allow 1 bill to be outstanding before any additional work is done. Explicitly meaning that no work will be done until balance is paid in full for previous work. This includes clearing time of payment method

A transaction fee of 3% will be added for all Visa/Mastercard and 5% for American Express Transactions. Bank Transfer has a $20 fee and ACH has a $10 fee.

Payment method clearing times vary, but only Bank Transfer can occur on the same/next business day. All other forms take a minimum of 3 business days to clear.
