Each of our solutions are customized to the individual need. While we have some common models we make like the Mark 3 modular power unit, it is important to know exactly what you need so that you get exactly what you want.

The process is done in ___ steps.

(1) Contact us with your general requirments

(2) We will refine those requirements and ask questions of you.

(3) We will put together an estimate.

(4) The estimate is reviewed by you and we discuss options, changes and improvements.

(5) Once we have a refined product, we submit to you the statement of work, which will in writing define what you will be getting.

(6) Payment is made and works begins - refund policy is at the bottom of the page

(7) Your item is designed in CAD, tweaks are made and then fabrication begins

(8) Shipping is ordered and items are picked up (if frieght) and sent to you.

**notes- because all work is custom, payment is made up-front. Batteries will be shipped directly to you and will have to be installed separately. This is due to how hazmat is shipped and handled.
